A Tribe Called Quest - Beats, Rhymes And Life (1996)

My favorite Tribe album. This is a good listen from start to finish. It features Q-Tip's cousin "Consequence" on a good 6 tracks. He brings a fairly unique sound that works really well with Phife, Shahid and Q-Tip. A DEFINITE must for any hip-hop fan.
